Full refunds are given if the product arrives damaged as long as a return request is communicated in under 14 days of receiving the order. Free exchanges are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 30 days of receiving the order.

For custom orders unfortunately, once you have placed your order it cannot be changed or cancelled. This is because our team processes your order right away.
For non-custom orders we can make changes or cancellations if your order has not yet been fulfilled.
Easy Refund and Replacement Process:
1. If you would like a refund for a damaged item, please send us a picture of your damaged product along with your order number with an email subject as "DAMAGE REFUND."
2. If you would like a replacement for a damaged item, please send us a picture of your damaged product along with your order number with an email subject as "REPLACEMENT."
3. When we receive your email, it will be processed in under 72 hours. Once it is processed, your full refund will be given. Please note that refunds can take up to 3 business days to be returned to your account. If you're requesting a replacement, the merchandise you requested in your exchange email will be shipped at no extra cost.
Cancel Order Before Shipment
If you order a custom product, the order cannot be cancelled as it is processed immediately. We can cancel your non-custom order if it has not been fulfilled.
